Return & Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email before sending the product back:

Include: Your name, order reference, and reason for return (optional).

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be:

  • Unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to return
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order reference

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used food supplements cannot be returned unless the product is defective or not as described.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt and provide a description and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Right of withdrawal (change of mind): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or incorrect product: We will cover all return shipping costs.

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of postage, whichever is earlier). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used food supplements (unless defective)
  • Products returned beyond the 14-day window without prior agreement
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

8. Complaints & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukerrådet) or submit a complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget) at www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
