Dermovex is classified and marketed as a food supplement (kosttilskudd) under Norwegian law, as regulated by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 on the addition of vitamins and minerals and the Norwegian Food Supplements Regulation (Kosttilskuddsforskriften).

Dermovex is not a medicinal product and is not subject to authorisation by the Norwegian Medicines Agency (Statens legemiddelverk). It does not require a prescription and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Applicable Norwegian Law

Our operations are subject to the following Norwegian legislation, among others:

• Matloven (Food Act, LOV-2003-12-19-124): Regulates food safety, labelling, and the sale of food supplements in Norway.
• Markedsføringsloven (Marketing Control Act, LOV-2009-01-09-2): Governs advertising standards and prohibits misleading marketing, including unfounded health claims.
• Angrerettloven (Cancellation Act, LOV-2014-06-20-27): Provides consumers with the right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance purchases.
• Forbrukerkjøpsloven (Consumer Purchases Act, LOV-2002-06-21-34): Establishes consumer rights in connection with defective goods.

4. Health Claims Compliance

All nutritional and health claims made about Dermovex on this Site are made in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims, as incorporated into Norwegian law. Only authorised health claims — those approved by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) — are used.

No claims are made that Dermovex can diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
